However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you're not completely satisfied for any reason, we’re here to help. While we don’t take products back, we’re more than happy to offer a discount on your next purchase or find another solution that makes it right.

- A brief description of the issue
- Any relevant photos (if applicable)
