     – Opened or partially consumed products are non-returnable unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
   – If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
   – We may request photos of the damage or defect for quality control purposes.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee
   – We stand by the quality of our fiber-infused water. If you’re not satisfied with your first purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will offer a refund or replacement, no questions asked.

4. Refund Process
   – Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   – If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

5. Return Shipping
   – We cover return shipping costs for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
   – For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
